1、 Equipment Introduction:
The inclined pipe settler is a device that installs inclined pipes with a tilt angle of 60 degrees on the suspended layer of sludge. Suspended solids, solids, or flocs formed by adding coagulants in the raw water accumulate on the bottom surface of the inclined pipe to form a thin layer of sludge. It slides the suspended layer of sludge by gravity and then sinks into the sludge collection hopper. The sludge is discharged into the sludge tank through the discharge pipe for further treatment or comprehensive utilization. The supernatant gradually rises to the collection pipe and can be discharged directly or used.
The inclined tube settler is made based on the sedimentation principle of removing fractional particles in a horizontal sedimentation tank. By adding inclined tubes in the tank, the hydraulic radius can be reduced. Increasing the wetted section of the water tank can greatly reduce the Reynolds number Re of the water flow at the same horizontal velocity V, thereby reducing storage and promoting sedimentation. In addition, adding inclined pipes can also shorten the distance of particle sedimentation. Reduce sedimentation time and improve sedimentation efficiency.

3、 Installation and use:
1. During the installation of inclined pipes, methods such as adhesive or electrical bonding should be used to bond and fix them. Parallel inclined plates are fixed with support frames, while corrugated inclined plates are fixed with through screws.
During installation, the tilt direction should not cause the water flow to directly hit the inclined pipe (plate).
3. Regular flushing, reasonable management, and reduction of blockage caused by biofilm overgrowth.
4. The inclined pipe (plate) plane shall not bear concentrated loads.
5. Do not use open flames in areas where inclined pipes (plates) are installed.
4、 Equipment material:
For the anti-corrosion equipment of steel structure resin, fiberglass or PP honeycomb inclined pipe filling is used, with an inclination angle of 60 degrees, an inclination length of 1 meter, and an inscribed circle diameter of 25 mm~80 mm to achieve sedimentation effect. The inclined tube sedimentation water purifier can be used as a supporting equipment for water purification processes such as air flotation and biochemical methods, and can also treat various types of wastewater in a single stage. For example:
1. The mixed water containing various metal ions in electroplating wastewater has a removal rate of over 90% for chromium, copper, iron, etc. Generally, electroplating wastewater must meet discharge standards after treatment.
2. The turbidity of coal mine wastewater can be reduced from 500~1500 milligrams per liter to 5 milligrams per liter.
3. The chromaticity removal rate of wastewater from printing and dyeing, bleaching and dyeing is 70-90%, and the CODcr removal rate is 50-70%.
4. The removal of large amounts of organic matter in wastewater from industries such as leather and food has a CODcr removal rate of 50-80%.
5. The CODcr removal rate of chemical wastewater is 60-70%, the chromaticity removal rate is 60-90%, and the suspended solids meet the discharge standards.
